So far I havent finished it yet but it has a good production value. Graphics 7/10 good but not great Music 6/10. Meh Gameplay 9/10 solid if u like strategy Story 7/10 reminds me of fornt mission Overall like I said havent gone all the way through just noticing no one put a comment down but for a dollar why not it is pretty good and addictive. It really does get better with a lot a upgrades. Try it out

Easy and fun strategy game. I recommend it for people who like a little RPG in their strategy.

Quick and lite game. Loads of fun. There is a lot to unlock and the gameplay is quick enough that even a few minutes progresses you. Awesome game.

Game is awesome, but would be better if units were cheaper

But I thought this would be slightly more different from the rest of the genre, like maybe more rpgish like the alive4evers

This game is awesome!! Units are cheap if you guys repeat the missions more than once! The special moves are so cool!!!!! why not buy!! Just .99 totally worth it!!!!!!!!! Give it a try plz! N never compare a game to a $1 burger plz!! R u fuxking hungry?????!!!!!!

An excellent game for both casual and serious players. The premise of the game is that you are taking part in battles in the context of a much larger war. Your task as commander is to marshal your resources, gradually upgrade your material and beat the other commanders. The game takes patience, strategy, and a little bit of luck. The rules are easy to pick up, and you will soon be able to muster your troops like a pro. Your choice of upgrades is really important, and you cant put all your eggs in one basket. Spread out your upgrades among energy production, munitions upgrade, experience points, etc. The cool thing about the game is that you can play head-to-head against a friend. Your equipment in the head-to-head battle is based on the equipment you acquired in battles against the system, so spend some time and build yourself up but good so you can crush your friends and loved ones. The game plays very smoothly on the iPad and on the iPod Touch. The graphics, the sound effects and the music are all top-notch. This is a great effort - I just spent most of the evening playing solo and with a friend, and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the game. For a dollar, this game is an incredible value. The one-star ratings I see on the iTunes store seem completely unjustified to me; those people who think poorly of this game should at least say why they gave it such a low rating. I, for one, dont know what in the world they are thinking. I highly recommend this game - its easy to learn, and its really a lot of fun. Get it pronto before the price goes up !

This is a game in the vein of Cartoon Wars. Buy and upgrade units and attributes, send them out, and watch them kill. Its all well and good, but I expect a twist that makes it a Meridian title. Against the Fire and A4E gave us an evolution in the dual-stick genre, so I was hoping for something fresh in the strategy world. Graphics are well-drawn, but units are animated poorly. Grinding becomes a necessity early on (stage 5 of 80), which screams of unbalanced design. Playing is a joy, with some of the best interface work around. The characters are beautifully-designed, with a story to boot. I really love the jeep-launching sound effect for some reason. Its a great game, but just not up to my expectations of a Meridian game. This is actually a compliment, believe it or not.

Nice stuff, > gr8 ui > LOVE the follow soldier button which does not make us go left & right on the screen like crazy with 3 or 4 quick swipes like in other such games which makes this stand out :cool: > Amazing placement of the Battery button too :cool: > I liked the story, but it was too long to read when I wanted to test ride this bad boi, you could actually add the STORY to options menu where one could read it separately like in Pro Zombie Soccer & may be a few other games? > the BGM suites the game very well :) > Nice comical lines by the second commando who says I need your power expecting such lines further in the game :D > How about adding a few save slots? :o > The auto-save is not working, I lost on a level & hade like 600+ gold, when I quit, went to sleep, woke up again, I am back to Gold 18 which was left with me after the upgrades I did :( > The icon Looks Brilliant, but i had not picked this JUST because it is the enemy (coming from the right side? & with no left hand play in the current version {Not that the left hand setting is needed, Duh!}, it IS the enemy on the icon, Having said that, I have seen many other icons which are a mirror image of the character in the game) Do you want to just mirror it or leave that bad boi alone? :eek::D:o High production value as 8 units to upgrade, captain to upgrade, Battery refresher & max. cap. to upgrade, hq strength & special skill to upgrade, 2 more special skills to attain & upgrade = great re-playability. :):):):) IT IS A STEAL for a $! :cool: PS : My siggy should explain why I am so keen on an ICON, if it does not... I like this game but I want to be able to transfer my saved game from the free version. I worked so hard leveling now I want the saved game on my purchased version. Plz help!

Make the fight look like a army fight, different type of explosions, take out the whole commander thing not cool at all, have funner cool special attacks make it kinda like The Wars app, maybe little blood, cooler sounds

Fun game but gets old fast. And its was very easy.

Stop complaining babies, this is a great game that provides an excellent challenge with loads of gameplay.

Similar to Cartoon Wars but more of a story line.

Energy counters are completely screwed up. They reset a good bit. Needs fixing big time. And the gun sounds are saddddddd. And the units seem to be realllllllllllllly unbalanced. Polish this up and it will def be a five star app. Hit YES if you agree!!!!!!!! But if you really like a polished attack game like this, try out CRYSTAL WAR. Far better in every way. Massive upgrades, money collection. Just try that. This could be great. But then again Crystal War crushes this game at the moment.

I dont normally write a review unless the game is really good.. Ie: Sword n Poker and Armaggedon is a great game :)

I love this game. These type of games are my favorite. Keep it up.
